Conflicts is the misunderstanding between two people or a group of people
Types of conflicts
According to their sources of emergency conflicts can be classified into five types which are;
1)Data conflicts,this occur when pleople lack of information necessary to make wise decision, misinformation, disagree on which data is relevant or interpret information differently.
2)Interest conflict; This are cause by competition over perceived incompatible needs . conflicts of interest results when one or more of the parties have different believe.
3) structural conflicts.this is caused by people in dispute limited physical resources or authority, geographic constraints etc.
4) value conflicts; this type of conflicts which caused by perceived or actual incompatible believes system.
5) relationship conflicts; this occur because of the presence of strong negative emotions between two people or organization example.father and his son.
The important of conflicts
* It helps to find a middle ways of an alternative to any problem and successful implementation.
*Most of the problem automatically disappears.
*It strengthen the bond among the employees.
